Group Mentor Coaching

ACC/PCC Mentor Coaching Group Programme

  • 1 hour group session and 3 x 2 hour group sessions online
  • Plus 3 individual mentor coaching sessions
  • Covers 10 hours of mentor coaching requirement for an ICF Credential

The purpose of Mentor Coaching

  • Develop your skills and confidence as a practicing coach
  • Discover your trust in yourself, client and the process

When should I consider Mentor coaching?

1. Mentor Coaching as part of your ICF credential application

Deepen the understanding of ICF Coaching Core Competencies.

10 hours of mentor coaching are required for obtaining ACC or PCC credential

Part of the ICF ACC renewal process is that coaches must repeat a package of 10-hours of Mentor Coaching. Those 10 hours form part of the total of 40 CCE units required for credential renewal every three years.

You may have already completed the required Mentor Coaching element. However, if this was some time ago, you might want to do a little more work with a Mentor Coach to help you feel more prepared for the Performance Evaluation process at PCC level and receive feedback on your coaching against the PCC Markers.

Refresh your skills after some absence from coaching or learn a new perspective and deepen your confidence and trust in your skills as a coach.

What is included in this group mentoring program?

  • Review and discussion of the ICF core competencies and ethics
  • Practice sessions with peers
  • Feedback on your coaching recordings ā€“ by AI and by mentor coach
  • Small groups of max 9 people
  • 3 individual mentoring sessions with one of the mentors.

From the start, the learning was both enlightening and exciting - filled with innumerable aha! moments. Ave is exceptionally insightful, caring, calm, patient, and good-natured. She was kind and persistent in identifying my growth curves and opportunities. I loved every moment of our work together, and now, having earned my ACC & PCC, I continue to work with Ave as my professional coach. I highly recommend her as a mentorship coach.
