I’m Ave Peetri, an award-winning Executive & Team Coach with over 10 years of experience coaching leaders across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
After starting projects and companies, leading international and local teams, I discovered that I thrive most when I am contributing to the success of people.
That led me to coaching as it enabled me to combine my extensive executive experience and support those who are leading teams and companies.
I’ve been there, which allows me to bring practical leadership experience, recognizing the real world impact a coaching culture can have on you and your organization.
Coaching with me takes into account the environment you operate in, your experience and aspirations. Life happens when we are making plans and yet, we can change our habits and thus change our life.
I have lived and worked in 9 countries. This has taught me to find what is working in a different culture and what I can do in order to thrive. These are also skills I bring to coaching – ability to see the potential and deeply support what is wanting to emerge.
I find it the most satisfying when my clients find purpose and passion to transform their life and business and enjoy the outcome.
