When should I consider Mentor coaching?
- Mentor Coaching as part of your ICF credential application
Deepen the understanding of ICF Coaching Core Competencies.
10 hours of mentor coaching are required for obtaining ACC or PCC credential - Mentor Coaching as part of your ICF ACC renewal
Part of the ICF ACC renewal process is that coaches must repeat a package of 10-hours of Mentor Coaching. Those 10 hours form part of the total of 40 CCE units required for credential renewal every three years. - Mentor Coaching as part of your PCC Performance Evaluation preparation
You may have already completed the required Mentor Coaching element. However, if this was some time ago, you might want to do a little more work with a Mentor Coach to help you feel more prepared for the Performance Evaluation process at PCC level and receive feedback on your coaching against the PCC Markers. - Mentor Coaching as part of your regular and ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Ave Peetri, PCC, ACTC acquired her first ICF credential – ACC in 2014 and PCC in 2017. She has been mentoring coaches since then.
Ave has completed ICF PCC assessor training and contributed to the development of ICF Core Competency updates for both individual and team coaching.
Ave is ICF registered mentor coach.
When not mentoring other coaches, Ave is working with senior leadership teams and executives in supporting them building the life and organizations of their dreams.
Ave has also Advanced Credential in Team Coaching from ICF and is Maslow Certified Culture and Executive Coach.
